Şağban is also the Head of the Department of Zoning and Urbanisation and the Department of Real Estate and Expropriation in the Metropolitan Municipality of Wan, which is governed by a trustee.    CLASSMATE OF AKP PROVINCIAL CHAIR    Şağban was also appointed as a member of the municipality's council and a member of the board of directors of Belvan, the municipality's company.
